I rang Lyn on Monday 20/07, I was all of a flap because I had been terribly let down by another site. Lyn remained calm and professional throughout our conversation. I ordered a baptism shawl for our beautiful granddaughter with embroidery in both English and Irish writing. I received an email on Wednesday 22/07 to say my order had been dispatched. Today Thursday 23/07, my order arrived. How's that for service?
The shawl is pure perfect, exactly what I wanted and more. I have sent a photo of the shawl to our daughter and she loves it.
